In 2014, PDS launched the SyncRx+ Intensive Training with HUGE success! Over 150 pharmacies from Hawaii to Puerto Rico having attended this classroom style training and realized the enormous impact of an expanded synchronization program and the SyncRx+ process in improving pharmacy performance.
With each training, SyncRx+ Intensive Trainer, Jason Turner, learned more about what pharmacists needed MOST to successfully implement a synchronization program and has incorporated slides, activities, and videos into the training, but for many, the lynch pin to achieving the greatest level of success was seeing the process live in a pharmacy.
Over the past four years, owners and pharmacists from across the country have traveled to his pharmacy in Moundsville, West Virginia to see the synchronization process and his two-workflow system in ACTION!
