It was through his training from pharmacy-mentor Roger Cole at Moundsville Pharmacy where Jason realized his passion for independent pharmacy practice and business ownership.  Today, the operation of Moundsville Pharmacy and the legacy of Cole continues through the efforts of pharmacy owner, Jason Turner, PharmD and his team of pharmacists and technicians.

Turner knew that he wanted to grow his business and take Moundsville Pharmacy to the next level.  In 2013, he registered for the Pharmacy Development Services (PDS) Business Growth Conference and became a PDS member, where his journey began with Dan Benamoz and the PDS team.  Over the past three years, he has embraced the Medicare Star Ratings model and become a leader in prescription synchronization.  Turner and his team have developed synchronization process enhancements to take SyncRx to the next level.  SyncRx+ allows pharmacies to synchronize patient prescriptions and capture additional opportunities for the pharmacy while improving the health of the patient.

Over the three past years, Moundsville Pharmacy has collaborated with PDS to provide live 2-Day Intensive SyncRx+ Trainings to over 150 pharmacies from across the country with pharmacies attending from Hawaii to Puerto Rico.  Moundsville Pharmacy was recognized at the 2015 PDS Conference as both Jason Turner and Katie Kacmarik were honored as Pharmacists of the Year for their efforts in developing and training SyncRx+ to pharmacy owners and their teams.
